The Relentless Records and Epic Records signed act, Irving Ampofo Adjei who is better known by his stage name as Headie One unravels another spontaneous record dubbed Heavy Metal. It was in the year, 2018 that this melodic euphony tagged Heavy Metal was recorded. Headie One unleashed this track Heavy Metal as the seventh track off his sixteen-track project called The One Two Mixtape.
